Mr Ali talks about his friend, Ms Ayesha’s medical condition on her behalf, shedding light on her medical condition.

Ayesha was suffering from a rare condition that caused a disorder in multiple organs of her body, including her rectum, bladder, and uterus. Because of this complicated, rare disease, doctors in Iraq weren’t able to find the right cure, recommending her to visit India.

She selected Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram for her treatment in India. Her case was managed by Dr Sanjay Gogoi who was the Urology head of the hospital. The doctor performed multiple radiation image tests on her to diagnose the problem. Because of organ duplication, she was suffering from leakage in her stools, urine, and vagina.

Studying the case further Dr Gogoi decided to remove the colon which caused the stools to leak and reconnected it to the normal passage of the colon.

Ayesha is very thankful of the hospital and doctor, as now she can go back to her normal routine. Being a female, it was tough for her to deal with the condition, especially at a young age. Now she is completely fine and looks forward to getting married soon.
