- Dr Khera has also worked at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Maharashtra, Apollo Hospital, and Fortis Hospital in the past.
- Dr Rakesh has performed 1000 laparoscopic and robotic surgeries for bladder, kidney and prostate cancer. He has also conducted the maximum number of laparoscopic donor nephrectomies which are over 1500.
- Dr Khera has also worked at The Roswell Park Cancer Institute which is considered to be the world’s top urological cancer treatment center.
