• He passed out from GS Medical College and KEM, Post Graduation from Nair Hospital and TN medical college and Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and trained in Europe for Sleep Apnoea, Paediatric Ent, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, lasers in Otolaryngology and Base Skull Surgery, Tinnitus and Vertigo Diagnosis and treatment, Middle Ear Surgery and Stapedectomy, and ENT Facial Plastic Surgery, prior to becoming a consultant ENT surgeon.
• Dr Dillon D'Souza has won several best paper awards for research in ENT, and delivered several guest lectures and invited talks on Cochlear Implants, Lasers in ENT, Functional Endoscopic Sinus surgery, use of image guided systems in ENT, traditional versus newer techniques in management of Tinnitus and Vertigo, use of technology in Otolaryngology and organised and conducted surgical workshops on the same. Co edited textbook modern concepts of Neurotology and performed recorded and produced over 100 teaching and demonstration videos for students .
