• Dr. Kishore has completed a distinguished training and experience in Paediatric ENT Neuro-Otology,Microscopic Ear Surgery, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Cochlear Implants and in Paediatric ENT at various centres in the Europe, U.K and the U.S.A.
• Dr. Kishore has ample experience in cochlear implantation and in the management of deafness. 
• The cochlear and hearing implant program (for children and adults) was set up and is led by Dr.Kishore at Apollo Hospitals. This program gives him under his name, over 700 cochlear implant recipients.
• Dr. Kishore’s team is known to be specialised in the management of many complex cochlear situations and they’re known to run the only active program for Auditory Brainstem Implantation in North India. This program is also known to be provide Bonebridge, Bone Anchored Hearing Aids (B.A.H.A) and Vibrant middle ear implants as options for patients who are suffering from hearing loss.
• Dr. Kishore highly experienced in sinus surgical and endoscopic nasal procedures like Balloon Sinuplasty and Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (F.E.S.S). Dr. Kishore also performs Advanced Endoscopic procedureslike , Optic Nerve Decompression,Orbital Decompression,Dacryocystorhinostomy (D.C.R),Endoscopic Closure of C.S.F Leaks and Endoscopic Pituitary Tumor Surgery.
• Dr. Kishore specialises in managing a child with usual ENT problems along with complex conditions that have an effect on the Nose, Airway, paediatric ear and Throat.
• Dr. Kishore is adept in managing conditions and lumps of the neck and head, thyroid and salivary gland. 
• Dr. Kishore is also thorough in Phono Surgical and Micro Laryngeal Surgery Techniques for Hoarseness.
• Dr. Kishore served as Senior lecturer and Consultant at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary University Hospital for a long period before he turned back to India after spending over 15 years overseas.
• Dr. Kishore has under his name, over 30 articles and 6 book chapters in peer-reviewed journals along with several presentations at National and International Conferences
