- Dr. Mustafa Kazkayası worked as an associate professor and as a professor in Ear Nose Throat and Head Neck Surgery Department in Kırıkkale University Medical Faculty from 1999 to 2013. He worked as the Department Chairman for 9 years in the same institution and as a Faculty Board Member for 2 years.
- He served as a Board Member in Ear Nose Throat and Head Neck Surgery Society between 2010-2012. Dr. Kazkayası who started working in Anadolu Medical Center in 2013 currently serves as an ENT Surgeon.
