- Dr Surya has been practicing as an orthopedic surgery for almost 35 years.
- Before joining Primus, he also worked at AIIMS as Orthopedic Department head and chief of trauma and emergency services.
- Dr Surya Bhan has performed more than 20000 joint replacement surgeries in the last 30 years.
- Dr Surya’s research studies and work has been published in 50 international publications and 102 national publications.
- He has performed orthopedic treatment on Indian vice president, president and three prime ministers.
- He is responsible for establishing India’s first Fresh Frozen Bone Bank at All India Institute of Medical Sciences. And later he established a same bone facility at his current hospital, Primus Super Speciality Hospital.
