• Dr. Mazda Turel is currently associated with Wockhardt Hospital as a Consultant in Neurosurgery department.
• He has completed his MBBS from Grant Medical College and Sir JJ groups of Hospitals, Mumbai; and MCh (Neurosurgery) from Christian Medical College, Vellore; also, he has a Diploma in Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery done from Beijing,China, has a Fellowship in Skull Base Surgery and Neuro-oncology from Toronto Western Hospital, and another Fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Complex Spine Surgery from Rush University, Chicago.
• Prior to working at Wockhardt, Dr.Turel was associated as a Consultant with Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai, and CMC, Vellore.
• Moreover, he is credited with numerous awards such as the JacobChandy Gold Medal at his graduation, andthe Dr. S. Kalyanaraman Endowment Gold Medal.
• Also, he is associated with numerous proficient organisations such as Tamil Nadu Medical Council, Walter E. Dandy Neurosurgical Society, Life member of the Indian Society of Neuro-Oncology, Life member of the Bombay Neurosciences Association, and Life member of the Neurological Society of India.
• Dr.Turel also has his publications in National and International Journals.
