- He completed his MBBS and MS from Maulana Azad Medical College,New Delhi.
- He has received extensive training in Transplant surgery from some of the best centres in USA; University of Pennsylvania, University of Pittsburgh and UCLA.
- He has an experience of performing more than 300 liver transplants as primary surgeon. He has been instrumental in establishing three Liver Transplant Centres in India.
- Before joining Fortis Mulund he has worked in Fortis Escorts, Wockhardt group of hospitals and Apollo Hospital.
