- He has also worked as a Urology consultant at Military Hospital in Punjab, Army Hospital in Delhi and a Command Hospital in Lucknow.
- Dr Pradhan is amongst the first Indian doctors who were trained for performing Robotic Prostatectomy at Weil Cornell Medical Center in New York.
- He specialises in all types of transplants including Cadaver, Paired Kidney transplant and ABO incompatible transplant. Dr. Pradhan has contributed over 18 papers in national and international publications.
